I have a vast collection of Le Creuset cookware. Le Creuset doufeu in orange was my first oven many many years ago, it's still one of favourites. Today two Le Creuset Campagnard 30cm, one in soleil the other one in nectar, are among my very best friends in the kitchen. They are beautiful and so so versatile.
Good advice about how to preheat this pan. If you are new to cooking with enameled cast iron cookware, you may not know how to properly preheat these pans. It takes at least 5 minutes on low heat BEFORE you add any cooking oil to the pan. Then you must wait a bit to allow the oil to heat up before you add the food.
The Brazier is a fantastic piece. I use it more than my Le Creuset Dutch oven. When use properly - read, low heat, it cooks fantastic with no stick and quick and easy clean up. Have had my Dutch oven more than 20 years, it is like new. Brazier I am sure will be the same. A bit pricey but worth more than the money you pay.
What are your thoughts on the Le Creuset Braiser?

That’s awesome! They are expensive but over the lifespan of let’s say 20 years, it is definitely worth the investment.

Is my pronouncement that bad? 😂
review=4 stars knowledge of the product= 1/2 stars (before reviewing a product, research first how to pronounce it if its unfamiliar)
And why is that? :)
