But some free-range chicken actually has the confidence to stay chicken, even when mislabeled. And it'll then get revenge on the mislabeler, in this case, you.
This seems like a great recipe but I would recommend putting the uncoated nuggets in the freezer first, that makes breading the chicken so much easier because it doesn't fall apart as easily.

Always use a food thermometer with chicken. Thermoworks makes an excellent one called the Thermopop. I use mine all the time and it's really accurate. 5/5 recommend

I tried to make 2 vegetarian meals a week or more. Pretty easy. Spaghetti, lasagna, Mac and cheese, grilled cheese. I've had the same box for a decade and it's still full of gloves
