- Here are my tips and tricks for passing the CFA level 3 exam. My study strategy for the CFA exams always included focusing on the most important aspects of each exam. The essay session of the L3 CFA exam is extremely important so I discuss that here.

Hi AJ, thanks for making the time to put your thoughts out there, i for one have certainly benefitted. I wonder if you might be able to help me find the downloads for past exam papers? You mentioned the Institute had them on their website but i cant seem to find them. I am taking the level 3 exam in Feb 2023.
Hi AJ, ive been on the edge in terms of my level 3 confidence, feeling overworked generally speaking since I’m working too and trying to change my fitness. Hi AJ - any particular resources you would recommend for extra practice in addition to the CFA Curriculum?
I liked Wiley, but practice tests are the best tool.

Is it required to write out the formula or your working in for a numerical based question in the essay exam? Or is it okay to just state your answer?
You have to show your work and the answer. Writing the formula down might help your scoring.
That "Erasing" remark you made at 6:55, Did you use Pencil to write AM Exam or a BallPoint? Does it make any difference to your writing speed?
I have been wondering about this!!!! Writing L3 on Dec 5th.

@@matmakai I used pen because I like it more. Then I would just scribble lines over something I didn't want graded.
I used pen and made marks over mistakes.
Anyone tell you that you resemble a young TB12? maybe like year 3/4.

@@ericgregorious7047 I used the curriculum sometimes, in certain cases. Watch my other videos about how/when I used it.
Prepping for L3 now and having to type equations really sucks... having to look for symbols and parentheses etc takes more time than just typing phrases
Yea I could see that being really annoying on a keyboard... Best of luck in practicing for it.

Being able to write all your answers quickly enough.

You speak so well. But plz cut out the background music as serious people would listen anyway to serious stuff.
