    Even if a machine's emergency stop is pressed, contact welding at its normally closed contact points will allow the machine to run continuously.
    This will create a dangerous situation, endangering the life of the operator, and can also cause severe damage to the machinery.
    Safety relays can effectively isolate quite dangerous machines, when a working contactor or relay is faulty.
    The operation and installation of the safety relay are explained here in a descriptive way for easy understanding.

    I see a few threats there. I'am assuimg that all of phase contact on second relay are NC, since one of those on diagram is NO, meaning that engine will run on 2 phases when turned ON, but ll be on one phase when turen OFF...
    Why emergency switch doesnt decopule relay's power so in case of controller fault it can still open connections.
    Futhermore why is Neutral (i assume represented by black) is decopuled on (assumption by diagram) TNC type of grid...
