Hello Friends
Myself Shiv Shankar Sahu Chef Restaurateur Entreprenuer.
After working in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years I realised that this is the right time for me to share all the experience with my viewers. So I decided to help you all people to make not only good foods but also build and manage restaurants. Here I am sharing my all recipes some of which are solely mine and some are authentically prepared in India.The recipes contain Indian Indo Chinese and continental dishes with some beverages. It is my aim to deliver the easiest recipes and good quality content for viewers who thrive for good food and hospitality related content. Currently I am uploading videos of vegeterian foods only but i have the experience of non vegeterian food also and some day i will publish them also on youtube.

Last 40sal se mai hotel line me hu ,is line ka sab se bada problem hai staff🤗 subhah hotel aane k badh every day staff settings ka hi Jada Kam hota hai,bhot uncertainty rehti hai,a nahi aaya usko a Kam do ,o nahi aaya usko yaha dalo fir bhot log accept karte nahi replacement bhot unorganised sector hai a ,family life staff aur Malik dono ko bhi nahi rehta hai,last 40sal me kuch bhi a badala nahi hai,sab facilities ham dete hai jaise ki pf,esi,bonus aur staff k baccho ko education fees bharna sab karke bhi end of day aapko satisfaction milta hi nahi hai,so kisiko bhi hotel karna hai to pehle 6mahina kisi bhi hotel me kam karo badh me decision Lelo hotel kholana hai ya nahi,🤗👏
