I’ve been a Chinese chef for 12 years and this guy is dam messy, the noodles don’t even look remotely appetising. And I will never use my fingers to flavour my food, you are cross contaminating the salt, sugar and msg.
This not the fastest but he does have some skill...for those who dont know, this cook (not sure if hes a chef) can flip the food inside the wok, both ways. We cooks notice those skills.
