The only reason that Justin "won" the family wizard contest was because Alex went back to help him. I get that her personality starts out difficult to like, but she was always a good person at heart. Also wowp gave Alex a lot of room to grow, and grow she did. She is was not and is not perfect, and the same can be said for Justin his personality needed almost as much adjustment throughout the show. Which is why they along with Max make for a perfect mix of siblings. Justin needed to learn to let loose, and Alex needed to learn to be more responsible.

I noticed that a lot of the characters on this list are playing fathers or fatherly figures ( Mosbey is definately London's fatherly figure) and I'm okay with that because they are so tough on their kids, wanting them to do good, and being proud and protective over them, they say some of the best things ever. Anyway, I loved this list, I 100% agree on everything.

I would like to mention what a good character Farkle is and how he has changed so much over such a short time period and developed to become such a great person. He has changed so much since the first episode physically (definitely) and mentally. For someone so different- he is not like any other character I have seen before he has grown up and undertaken great development through this last season. The PRNDL scene is easily the greatest scene in disney channel history. Still cracks me up every time I watch it. I have to agree that The finale for wizards of waverly place is one of the best. I find that most resent finales have been very forgettable and just average. You should really do a part two of this list there were so many honourable mentions that deserve more props! Love that Farkle was so high up on the list I do think he is a very great character and could have easily been that annoying character that everyone just wishes they could throw food at. Can't wait to see your list of the best female disney channel characters I know who would be on my list cough *Maya Hart* cough.

Great list. I especially liked that you included cartoons. Most list tend to steer clear of those since some people think you can't relate to them more often than real humans. I personally disagree especially if you grew up with the show. I can't for another out of the park video.
Cory is great, but that has more to do with how he was developed from Boy Meets World and I didn't want to use the favor he gained with me from that show to influence a list that was purely Disney Channel. Lucas has a ways to go as a character because he still suffers a bit from underdevelopment, but he's cool guy, just not one I can really feel engrossed by.
My favorite Disney guys/characters are GordoPhil from Phil of the Future. Oliver from HMLucas and Farkle from GMWPJ and Gabe from GLC and Logan from I Didn't Do It

Bob Duncan should’ve been on here. I know you’re biased against Good Luck Charlie, but hear me out: Bob Duncan is basically being abused by Amy, while at the same time being an exterminator with Gabe making fun of his weight. Plus in the Good Luck Charlie, It’s Christmas movie, Charlie’s grandmother was basically blaming him for everything too. Bob Duncan also cares a lot for his family while being abused, and does a good job in work too. He should’ve been up there.
Dude this is one of the hardest lists of all time, I told you I couldn't do it. I think I agree with the whole thing to me, mr mosby is exactly how an authority figure should be on a Disney channel show someone who is trying to take control but also truly cares for the kids, that's something that the butler from Jessie could never pull off. Ron and gordo are the definition of loyal friends. No matter what they will never turn their backs. But I was thinking the other day when u said this list was coming. What is your opinion on goofy/dumb characters? Why is it that sometimes they work and sometimes they are incredibly annoying. Like for every likeable idiot like say a London Tipton/ Eric Matthews we also get an annoying doofus like Jason Dolly's character from Cory in the house. Would love to hear your thoughts
+Ike Moore Goofy/dumb characters can work if they have moments where they feel like real people and aren't just treating everything with such levity that you wonder how many drops on the head they must have endured as a child. London is a good example because of one episode specifically where she wants to get into the fashion business but starts to realize how hard it is and kind of quits, which is natural. Moseby comforts her and reminds her that fashion is her passion and that keeps her going. Whenever Moseby and London have those kind of father-daughter moments, it puts both characters in a better light for me. Newt is a great example of what I was saying with some shows not changing the quirks that define a character. He's annoying but never had enough moments of being not annoying to salvage his character. Thankfully for Jason Dolley, he signed on for Minutemen, otherwise I might be complaining more about him than Debby Ryan, lol.
+The Disney Brain I mean he had one that I can think of, which is when he refused to kiss anyone because of a promise he made to a girl when he was 8. Yeah it was silly, but it was a moment of Newt not being such an idiot. But yeah Jason Dolley is a great actor, and I like the DCOMS that he's done. However, as I mentioned before, you gotta admit that PJ from Good Luck Charlie is at least NOT AN IDIOT, but still pretty dumb. And at least he has shown himself to be smart and focused when the moment calls for it. Maybe you should re-watch GLC and keep an eye out for moments like that.
Kobe Busia Oh yeah, I definitely agree that PJ has more balance to his character compared to Newt. Newt looks like he comes straight out of an episode of Bucket and Skinner which is the last show you want to be associated with.

He is by far one of my favorite Disney characters of all time. His humor was one of the best thing about that show. In fact, I still have my Ron Stoppable action figure on the top of my bookshelf and (embarrassingly enough) I have The Naked Mole Rap downloaded to my phone, and still listen to it. As a bonus he was played by my childhood celebrity crush 😂

I personally like Ross lynch he's amazing. I personally pick Parker Rooney from liv and Maddie to be number 1. A sixth grader mechanical engineering protégée whom transferred into high school. If I was in that show as a brother and a vice principal I'll move him up to the twelfth grade and help him looking at colleges that has mechanical engineering program. I'll even show him Notre Dame's mechanical engineering program for his pick of colleges.
alex technically won both competitions, she came back to help in the second loosing her lead when she was quite literally 2 steps from victory. Justin admitted it so alex won but justins hard work and new headmastership led to him so both of them keeping their powers

I personally like Ross lynch he's amazing. I personally pick Parker Rooney from liv and Maddie to be number 1. A sixth grader mechanical engineering protégée whom transferred into high school. If I was in that show as a brother and a vice principal I'll move him up to the twelfth grade and help him looking at colleges that has mechanical engineering program. I'll even show him Notre Dame's mechanical engineering program for his pick of colleges.

alex technically won both competitions, she came back to help in the second loosing her lead when she was quite literally 2 steps from victory. Justin admitted it so alex won but justins hard work and new headmastership led to him so both of them keeping their powers

Same reason I have Cody but not Zack. Brothers, even in Disney shows, are not joined at the hip and there's usually an arguably better character in every major sibling pair you get on the network.
