Thanks for the info. It definitely helps having those key points in mind. We are about to convert our 1 car attached garage into living space. I think the most expensive part will be the ceiling and roof. Right now the garage has 1 pitch and will need new joists. If anyone has advice or recommendations please feel free to chime in. It would be greatly appreciated.
