- I converted my garage into a bedroom/bath. This is a short video that explains the process. This is Part I of two videos. Stay tuned for Part II where I will show you the final product and total price from start to finish.

Finally some one who is not affraid to say they didn't know how to do it or use the tool but still learned on the way. Great JOB! It is so scary for some of us to take on job like in our own home but with contractors prices today we need to learn.

How did your water taste after the cement dust additives and being engulfed in smoke? Y'otta keep the cap on when doing heavy duty construction! I loved your video and your honesty. What program u use to draw that plan? I was thinking of using sketch up but it’s too complicated

good question... I had a car port, a shed, and a spare bedroom. Where a lot of the things went. Otherwise, most of the junk in the garage went into the trash bin.

I see this video is over a year old, any problems? I've seen sharkbite fittings leak because of hammer, and It made me nervous to see my contractor use them.
Sharkbites and pex are becoming industry standard as folks transition from copper to pex (more flexible, easier to install)

What are you using to create the blueprint
How long it take to get the city permit and what kind permit is thanks in advance.
permit was for a detach garage and it took two weeks for them to approve, plus i had to make changes. I had to move the garage 20 feet from my septic tank/drain field. Electrical permit was separate, and i did it online and it was automatically given to me.
