BEST SETTINGS in Apex Legends 👀

Best settings in Apex Legends Season 17. There are various settings that you can change within the Apex Legends game to make you a better player and give you a competitive advantage.
Adjust your audio settings so you can hear enemies and their footsteps more clearly.
Change your Field of View so you can see to the right and left more. Turn off Ability Scaling so abilities like Octane's Stim or Bloodhound's Ultimate do not impact your FOV.
Customize your Reticle Color to give you and advantage against enemies in fights.
Enable Streamer Mode to help you know which Legends are fighting nearby.
If you are on controller, increase Cursor Movement Speed so you can loot boxes quicker for faster Shield Swaps.

10 is actually enough, you eventually adapt to the low volume, if you can’t hear it too well then pump it to 15 or 20.

Im going to apply these settings, but I like having my lobby music to 100% and then game music to 50% because I rarely hear the music while fighting.

Here are some settings that can actually help
1. Bind your jump to scroll wheel down
2. Turn incoming damage to 2D
3. Adjust ingame brightness to match your screen as it has huge difference
4. Turn hitmarker off for better gun spray visibility

I wish console had FOV scale setting, it just has ability FOV scaling and brightness. Also wish there was more button customizations so that you can change certain interactions with legend abilities.

No mention of turning off "damage removes you from a deathbox"? That definitely needs to be turned off. Also all controller players that don't use ALC should have their right stick deadzone set to none and their trigger deadzones set to none. All controller players should also have their crouch set to hold to crouch and should be using customized controls and rebind at least 3 out of the 4 faceplate buttons to other buttons that can be easily pressed without taking your thumbs off of the sticks

@@chez1111 I wouldn't have commented if I didn't think all these things are necessary, because they are. Yes, there are some pro's that play on default controls without hold to crouch but they're limiting themselves. It can only make your life easier and make your movement better to rebind your buttons so that you can aim and move at the same time instead of having to choose one or the other. And using hold to crouch is a game-changer as well as it allows you to bunny hop which in itself is game-changing but it also is the only way to do a certain type of wall jump that you can do near instantly from a standing still position (no slide jump or previous momentum required)

A quick tip for reticle color, green works best in bright environments and red works best in dark environments imo that’s also what I run on my red dot irl

If your missing your shots try lowering your pov u won’t see as much to your sides but it will make your crosshair larger and with that the enemy’s within it as well pov doesn’t always help if it just makes everything so small u can’t even see it anymore

A huge portion of console players are modding their controller inputs in apex. And nothing is getting done about it.
All the matches available are stuffed full of tripple stacked Zenners on console. I don't want to be on this planet any longer.

Don’t lower the music it does not matter except maybe on drop I guess? (even tho you can see ppl landing on mini map) So many good music packs idk why ppl mute them

“Best” is subjective. They might be best for you but not everyone….. preferences are personal and often specific to the setup. Like screen resolution, sensitivity, mouse dpi, graphics card, etc etc….
Some people like low tops, some people like high tops, some people like slides, some people like boots it’s up to the individual
