Thank you! Thank you! As a fairly new EB owner, I've been staring at this very issue on the passenger side trying to understand what was not square on the truck.
This was done a while ago...but the shim stock was 3/16 steel plate between the body mount and crossmember. We also made the shims oversize to tie his roll bar into something sturdier than just the floor board. This poor bronco had the rockers replaced prior, but the floors had sagged either before the repair or while everything was cut loose. There was a visible arch leading from the area by the trans tunnel to the rocker/ door post. Since it had already been braced and painted this was the easiest fix. Sorry I didn't take more vid of the repair- these vids were just for the customer to keep him updated on the progress of repair since he was out of town. Thanks for watching!
looks like nother that missed the frame tie-in for the cage. Pretty dangerous. I've seen em pushed thru so the bar's on the floor...feet stickin up thru near to the tire-to-road-surface-level. Not so good for the occupants! ALL WAYS tie a cage inta da frame (thru body).

Oh yeah ended up with 3/8 of shim on one side and 9/16 on the other
wish you would show with the camera the shims you will use and the body raised.
