- In this video, I completed a book reading challenge and read the Game of thrones series in a week. I really enjoyed reading this series and I definitely recommend reading these books!

That’s why I refuse to read them until the sixth book is officially finished and has a release date

Book 6 will be out by the end of this year. I have seen it.
Now as for book 7....
People might have mentioned it to you already but you look like the perfect mix of Tom Glynn-Carney (who plays Aegon in HOTD) and Ewan Mitchell (who plays Aemond). Like you could easily be their third brother

I've been spreading these books out for a couple of years now, hoping that Martin will finally release the next one 😂
When you read on with Feast and Dance, there’s a combined reading order that makes reading those two books much more enjoyable. Martin originally wanted to publish those two books as one volume, but the publisher said it was too big of a book, so Martin had to split the POV characters. Half the characters chapters are in Feast, the other half are in Dance. The fan community has two major combined versions: the Boiled Leather order (the one I prefer) and the “A Feast with Dragons” order. Either way, it’s a great read. Hope you enjoy the last two books!
Oh that makes so much sense! I have been reading feast of crows and I was wondering where every one is because it has been mainly focusing on the Lannister.

Please don’t read the combined reading order. I have no idea why people suggest this for a first time reader. They are two books meant to be read as two books. Special reading orders are for rereads
@@Bluerock121 I only mentioned it because Feast on its own can be a sloggy read without certain POV characters present (Tyrion, Jon, Dany, etc.). I truly believe the combined reading order is the perfect way to read those two books, since that’s how George originally wanted to publish it.

I absolutely love this series. So fun to see others enjoy it too.
If you haven’t already read them you should read John Gwynne’s books. They have a similar feel to game of thrones and his writing is fantastic. The characters are so well rounded and feel like real people, and his plots are developed with so much care. I highly recommend!!

The cracking of the spine feels so wrong but the books are so nice to hold after doing it. I kinda want to read the series now despire the PILE of books i already own and haven't read (i watche the tv series already and was curious about the books)

I dont know how i managed to read books 1-5 of GoT while i was in college balancing academics lmao and now i find it hard to finish a book in one sitting :') i really need to get back into it

In a week? Holy shit, I've been reading for months and I'm only halfway through the third book. How long did you read every day?
Honestly I don’t know😂. If it wasn’t for the challenge I don’t think I would have stayed as consistent with reading everyday. I end up reading like 5-6 hours a day I think. I have had feast of crows for like 5 days and have only read 340 pages of it. 😅
I actually came by all 6 (book 3 being split into 2 parts) books by sheer chance for $1 each at a thrift store 😂 haven't even decided if I'm gonna read em or not

storm of swords is definitely my favorite out of the 5! currently finishing dance with dragons but taking my time since there's no other after this one 🥲
If it helps there have been some hints that GRRM might actually announce TWOW soon, it's all just speculation of course and us fans are extremely high on copium, BUT these rumours actually seem more believable than ever before!
