I wonder if you can set a scammer's computer up with Rensenware and the Touhou game "Undefined Fantastic Object". When someone is infected with Rensenware the only way to decrypt your files is to get a massive high score in that game on Lunatic mode. Essentially what you'd be doing is forcing a scammer to play Touhou on the highest difficulty
