Hi James, I am from Bulgarian and i worked year and half in McDonalds and product for making burgers is frozen and we processe it and BANG BigMac. You right about MacDonalds. Thank for video and sorry for misstake I am new to english.
I learned about arugula when I was Italy and didn’t like it initially, until a friend brought me food after my surgery. She made a salad with spinach and arugula and a homemade oil and vinegar dressing it was fire!!! I’ve recently learned about lacinato kale and my goodness it’s so crispy and has a balanced flavor for me.
