- I woke up this morning really excited to try my sawmill for the first time but very anxious to know if it was going to work. Myself and dot towed it up to the wood pile and made out first 5x5 post and a load of slabs for the top workshop. next week i will be milling timber all week for the greenhouse.
Enjoy

I'm not much of a 'handyman' type, but I find all your videos immensely engrossing and I also find your personal manner very calming and relaxing. I'm especially looking forward to seeing that handsome greenhouse finished, but there's always something interesting whatever it is. Thank you very much for all your effort in making your life accessible to us.
You are without a doubt one seriously talented dude, the planets a better place with people like you👌🏴
You must go home at night, sit in front of the fire and laugh and laugh and laugh at your own brilliance. You are amazing. xx
Most people: let's buy a bandsaw mill. Kris: I'll make a bandsaw mill.
Maybe some brushes to run on the track before the rollers to clear saw dust so you don't run into any issues with saw dust getting packed on there?
strangely I find myself more impressed that you built the saw mill than your own home, electrical supply and workshop, well done man
And just like that every farmer around you is now your best friend
I could have spent four grand , worked flat out for six months , not slept for a year and worried till I died and still wouldn’t have anything that resembled a saw mill , let alone anything that actually cut wood ...brilliant ..
Sawmill Coup d'état....you're away now Kris...well done mate
Paint your brand of "Harbour Mills" on it.
No limit on your talents fella, that smile alone says how much you enjoyed this one.
In the upcoming world we need persons like you!
Dear Kris Harbour.
What an achievement! I can only imagine how usefull that mill is for you. Next up is a drying shed for all your nice Beams and bords ;) looking forward to the greenhouse builds now that the mill is finished. Cheers
"It's a joyful thing to make something like this and use it!" ....... A philosophy for life!
Glad to see someone else does their thinking and problem solving at 2am while staring at the ceiling
You truly are one of the most amazing and intelligent humans on the planet. For sure..great job!!! Thank you for sharing it!! You honor the trees in all you do, and it's beautiful to see. Thank you Kris.
The comments say it better than me. All I can say is RESPECT ✊🏻 thanks for letting us lesser mortals follow your skill.
That grin when you measured the angle was really something :)
I wish more people were like you that would make the world a better place.
