For a daily commuter I can ignore Dual channel ABS. single channel ABS is sufficient.

The whole designing team at honda india should be changed. Honda cannot come up with a good looking bike that can compete with today's market.

No comparison , I have got 2 FZ one is version 1 and second version 3 , fully satisfied
Same is the case with Honda cars... We change with new model.
This will end up having same fate as cb Dazzler, CB trigger, cb unicorn 160 and stunner 😢
This design is far better than the previous attempts in terms of design and it is good that they are using the same chassis as the old Unicorn. I think this is the first time they might have a real chance of replacing the old Unicorn. But I don't want them to. They can co-exist like the Shine and SP 125.
So We should buy as soon as possible before it gets discontinued!!
@@Rakesh_ChandranUnicorn is a customer bike now, so even if Honda wanted to discontinue, they may not be able to do so, they tried in the past also. This SP160 looks like they merged all the failed models in to one so.........
Honda and Yamaha are some companies who have all amazing bikes in international market but always under-estimate India. Yamaha full on R15 and Honda on Activa

They compared it completely wrong.. this motorcycle is a real competitor of Pulsar 150 & Apache 160 2v.. so this motorcycle is very practical and has all the necessary features it should have... Perfect for its segment

I was expecting a retro 160 bike similar to CB350 instead of unicorn 160. Since CB350 is has primium pricing and a retro 160 would attract a daily commuters.

SP160 impact already in effect. Xblade has been discontinued, and has been delisted from the Honda website.
This is gonna be another flop like Xblade. What we need is CB150R and CBR150 in the 150cc segment. Honda will never listen to the market and keep releasing bikes nobody wants.

Honda SP160:
Good looks, performance some what lags during riding, rear mud guard should be present or improved in upcoming versions. Good for single ride, for double ride, bit shakes.
I don't know who thinks tank shrouds are cool , its plain comical, instead if they had given a larger tank like the unicorn with a more compact headlight unit, would have done so much for the styling!

This is such a classy step honda has taken. It will hit at the segment which it is designed for. They made every detail in view of comfortness. Honda should have launched this long ago with sp125.

Again they have made the same mistake which they did with X Blade. The overall macho styling of X Blade was ruined by that puny skinny front forks along with that super narrow 80 section front tyre. Same is the case with SP 150. Both the bikes look haathi from rear but agarbathi from the front. They should have atleast given 100 section front tyre along with 41mm front forks to complete the look. I know it may or may not aid to the handling and ride part but it will make the design look proportionate from all the angles. Honda is still stuck in stone age.

True very stiff and spine wracking, even though the bike is amazing and refined only the suspension is stiff and rock hard owned one for 2 years

Honda has degraded a design (mistake) of not providing an externally accessible/replaceable oil filter which SP125 currently has. For those of you who ask why is that important is,
Let's say the schedule is 6000kms for oil replacement, you can change the oil filter at 4k keep driving till 7k (commuting short distances i.e, less engine heat), if you can't change oil in time. & Also oil filters have more capability to reduce particles than strainer and ensure crank needle beering last longer ,
This feasibility is a must for Indian bikes offering economy and long life

Slightly fatter forks would have looked much better. Design is khichdi of hornet, SP, xblade.
