Nice video. My swivel armchairs no longer swivel after being left outside in a few New England winters. Would that be caused by rusty posts? Could you do a video on how to replace the posts (starting with how to remove it) or if that's not the problem with my chairs, on how to fix them so they swivel again? Thanks!

My rocker just started going back too far and dumping whoever sits in it on the ground.. It has happened to me. What would cause the rocker to all the sudden do this is it the plate or could it be the swivel bushings. I exam both chairs and I can really move one base by hand but not so much the chair that is ok. Thanks for your time Chris
