Ingredients

500 grams of beetroot
Little water for the beetroot to cook in the cooker
5 to 10 pods of cloves
5 to 10 pods of cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
3 green chillies (optional)
Half inch ginger (optional)
1 kg sugar
1 litre water
1 teaspoon of yeast

How much yeast mix should be made for 3 liters of wine to get 7-10 percent alcohol?
