Poi Stalls Tutorial: How to do Up Stalls

Today we're expanding our pallette of poi stalls to include one of my favorites: up stalls! These poi stalls seem to defy gravity and the good news is that the same theory that makes all the other stalls work also works in this case. Getting these down is also going to lead us into linear isolations and antispin flowers later on in the week!

You're talking about spiral wraps! I almost did a tutorial on them last week but there wasn't time. If this thing goes later than the end of May I will definitely teach that one the first week of June.
