Poi Linear Isolations and Extensions: The Ultimate Poi Tricks!

- Poi linear isolations and linear extensions--they are probably the two most useful tools I have learned in all my years as a poi spinner for dissecting and working through a multitude of poi tricks! I'll show you how you can use both tools to build up shapes like antispin flowers as well as poi body tracers like snakes and so many others! These two tricks are like a rosetta stone for unlocking a variety of different intermediate poi tricks!

Thank you for doing this entire series during quarantine my man. This has helped me so much learn this new flow art. I obviously cannot meet people right now to have them tutor me so this has been extremely helpful. I just passed my one month mark. I currently am still very bad but i have seen vast improvements since i first picked them up. Thank you again and keep these coming =)

Love this exercise. Not sure I'm getting this right. If you could just answer me this. For the 4 beat flower box thing I'm moving my hands position every time the poi enters the centre of the circle right?

Thank you for making these videos! I just started during Covid and I love it but I feel stuck like I learned really fast and now I can’t seem to get anything new LOL do you do private lessons? Any idea how I could find somebody in North Carolina to poi with?

Yes, absolutely! To fit both tricks into this video I didn't go into this but I do talk about it pretty extensively in the series that I link to in the description and a little bit in the video that's going live tomorrow.
