Poi Antispin Flowers Tutorial

Today we're tackling what I think might just be the most important poi trick for both intermediate poi tricks as well as advanced poi tricks: antispin flowers! Antispin flowers occur when we move our hands in a circle and spin the poi in the opposite direction. It results in poi flowers with sharp, narrow petals. In this tutorial I drill down how to turn those linear isolations into 4-petal antispin flowers and how you can mash up linear isolations and linear extensions to get 3-petal antispin flowers or as they're sometimes called triquetras.
