I appreciate the time you put into editing the demos of mistakes. They totally remind me of the people having problems with simple tasks clips in old infomercials. The empath part of me gets the body language too. Love it. Also, on a more contemporary note... They make your videos less reliant on the verbal descriptions of what's going on and thus more understandable for folks who don't speak English comfortably (or at all.)

This is a very good refresher for me. I learned anti spin flowers when I first started poi before 2019. I try to do it still but not sure if I was doing it properly because it has been so long since I learned them.
A good drill for learning the points and keeping them clean for me was switching between forwards and reverse stance while playing with flowers.
