Multiple battle theme and victory themes. Now im really conflicted if i should equip the nostalgic tunes badge or not. Even for just once in a while
I'm probably gonna leave it unequipped for my first playthrough, and then equip every once in a while for my second one
@@squid_cake yeah. There is some iconic music i heard before that i want to listen back in original then back to remaster. Mostly becuse i never went further than chapter 3
they also extended the songs which is super nice because a lot of them got very repetitive
We have to admit, regardless of what we may think of the Modern PM, that the composer was extremely talented, specially with OK.
I’m pretty sure there’s going to be a nostalgic FX badge that gets unlocked later on
Crump's sea battle gets its own theme? Magnificent! Going to be one of my favorites for sure!

Looks like they removed a lot of dialogue from that Peach scene. Peach doesn’t protest to the odd smell of the potion nor of the removing of her dress anymore. Interesting.
That, and the bare feet sounds make it feel a little weird to me, to be honest.

Man this looks great. At first I didn’t really notice the differences but seeing the improved graphics n hearing the music remixes..wow. Can’t believe we got both SMRPG and TTYD remakes in less than a year
If TTYD never existed until after Origami King it would be the most sickest thing to see a Pirate Bom-bomb that can explode an infinite amount of times
Poor Bobby. The only thing he needed to not die was to be either female or an admiral. Very specific, but when you’ve played the previous Paper Mario games, it’s difficult to make sense of things.

So looking forward to palying this. Never got around to finishing it the two times I've played it on the GC 😂. But it's still on of my favourite paper Mario games.

Um...you know...Yoshi's Ground Pound lands more hits the MORE full the gauge is, not how close to half-way it is... If it tells you to mash something, the more you do it, the better the result will be. 😅

Playing into the Dojo vibes. It's a touch overdone as a trope, but I get why it's there. I kind of preferred the more subdued theme in the original, but it isn't a massive issue for me.
I mean, have you _seen_ the outside of the Glitz Pit? it's literally a giant Pagoda, so the Asian theming is appropriate.
@@Novarcharesk You’re right. The Glitz Pit actually does look like a Japanese palace. Then again, I always thought chapter 3 was a nod to wrestling, but one would think it shouldn’t be since you hear a gong instead of a bell to start the fight.

It looks super great, but I wish they'd just let Peach's dress turn invisible too 🙃 kinda creepy to put that in a kid's game, especially when nudity/undressing isn't something that the male playable characters go through at all iirc.
