RIP Michael Lee Aday ( Meat Loaf ) ✨✨

His name is Robert Paulson
The shakiness in his voice conveys so much emotion. This song is such a work of art that is so rare.
Its an incredibly moving song and video . Rest in Peace meatloaf you are missed very much.
🥹🙏💔
And Rest In Peace and Harmony with Meat, to Jim Steinman, the genius behind the lyrics and music.
I love you.
This is a very emotional song. One of the great things about Meatloaf was how he poured every part of himself into his performances. His efforts created some amazing results.
👏💯
The video was a combination of "Phantom of the Opera" and "Beauty and the Beast". I loved when music videos were so creative like this, and of course Meat Loaf's voice is just incredible.
And the kicker is the director of this music video... was none other than Michael "Explosions Galore" Bay.
@@ryanhoule4415I never knew that
I see a bit of Dracula (particularly the brides of) in the bed scene.
I haven't seen anyone recommand Meatloaf "Objects in the rear view mirror may apare closer than they are" with the music video directed by Michael Bay. It's very emotional.
Can we just appreciate the brilliance that was Jim Steinman!! None of this happens without JIm.
Meatloaf "Two out of Three ain't bad" should be your next Meatloaf reaction.
Rip🙏🕊️👋🥹Meatloaf! You’re definitely missed!
Meatloafs rockballads was always so awesome. We miss you. ❤❤❤❤❤
Not many artists like Meatloaf. He poured so much emotion into his songs, it was unbelievable.
Great reaction as always
I see why I felt this on a different level.🥹❤
Thank you by the way!😊
That is a good thing.. ♠W.G.
I have another one you might like. Ricky Martin did this in the 90s it's called living la vivto loco you will feel like dancing😉
This video gets me everytime and the amount of emotion he got in his songs is unbeliavable.. Rip Michael Lee ❤️
Very genuine reaction. You should have way more viewers. Very pretty as well.
This is my favourite Meat Loaf song, from the album, Bat out of Hell II (Back into Hell). The album version of this song lasts about 12 minutes or close to it, that's why you normally only hear a 6 or 7 minute max version on the radio lol.
The longer version of this song is even better.
Music can transcend all barriers. One only has to look at your eyes as you watched the song to experience love, empathy, soul and joy. Meatloaf would be glad he made a difference to you, and especially to know that you are sharing and passing your feelings of the music to others.
I loved Meatloaf when I was a teen(when this song came out)...its also kind of indicates the way most men feel about approaching a women...most of us feel self conscious in many ways
Love how you completely let go and let yourself feel the music
They don't make music videos like this any more.. thanks for the 90s memories as a teen watching MTV and VH1 videos of epic meatloaf videos. RiP sir.
Mo, what many people today don't realize is that Meat Loaf started his career as a musician, but after playing and performing with bands and a solo act for years, he auditioned for an Off-Broadway play in New York. At that point, he began doing more acting and was cast in plays and musicals for a few years. I believe all that dramatic influence (he began acting in high school) is reflected in all of his music videos. He convinced Epic Records (his music label) to shoot music videos for four songs off his first Meat Loaf album, "Bat Out of Hell". This was in 1977, before MTV and when music videos were NOT a thing! Meat Loaf was ahead of his time in many ways. He also had a magnificent voice. The type you don't hear too often. I think all his dramatics made watching him a real pleasure. He just died on January 22 of this year. I hope he is enjoying all the music in his forever home!
Oh wow👏
I really can’t wait to check out Bat Out of Hell at this point.😀
I think he passed away Jan 20, 2022.
I love seeing ppl when theey think the song is over and she starts singing lmao. Its so funny bc ppl who dont know the song dont expect it to continue and he comes back in. ❤❤❤❤
it's sad that she died!she said for him to forget her and live but he said I'll do anything for love but won't do that! meaning he won't forget her
Music TV used to be so awesome. I remember when this was on HEAVY rotation on TV. I miss those days.
A perfect story teller is gone forever R.I.P Ahaaa!
you were feeling emotional because of the bass.
that bassline in that song is everything.
Marvin Aday also known as Meatloaf passed away on January 21 , 2022 at the age of 74 . Definitely one of the best and original as well . Thank you for sharing another awesome video ☀️✌️
One of the best songs ever. When the female voice get in over you want to cry. Great reaction. You deserve more viewers
Got me mushy. Couldn’t even explain it.
Thank you so much.🙏❤️❤️❤️
I agree 🎉
The woman in the video isn't actually singing that. She's just an actress. Someone else sing that! Her name is Lorraine Crosby. The name of the actress is Dana Patrick
@@henny1356 yep
Rip we will miss you meatloaf
You should give MeatLoaf’s version of it’s all coming back to me now a listen. Growing up his version was the only one I knew and I still love it to this day.
One of his classics. One of my Favorites is "Objects in the Rearview Mirror" you should listen to it.
Welcome to “rock opera”. Few groups have been able to pull it off (KISS to name 1) but none did it better than my man Meatloaf!!
Listen to a couple more of his songs and you will be a life king fan. No one could put more emotion and passion into a song!
"he conquers who conquers himself" or " "Vincit qui se vincit" in Latin is in the stained glass window at the beginning of the 1991 Disney animated version of The Beauty and The Beast. A thought that has followed me for years. This thought has even expanded over time, we may never understand the world's thinking until we are honest in our own minds. Peace/JT
I’ve listened to meatloaf for forty years ,an incredible talent we will never forget ❤
Me too
The great "Meatloaf" (Marvin Lee Aday) and his theatrical musical creations.
Watch the followup song, "I'd lie for you and thats the truth" takes place right after this.
I have been alive for 42 years and never in my life have i seen any one as beautiful as you, and great reaction thank you
Haha, thanks🙏
A masterpiece by Jim and Meat.
Burt and Barbara at the piano - Close to you
Just randomly clicked on you and you're so cute! If you get emotional for him, try Scott Walker (he's also orchestrated); I suggest "Big Louise" or "Rosemary". His lyrics are more poetic, but still break your heart.
Meatloaf wasn't just another rocker. He was a very underrated vocalist. Was lucky enough to see him perform in the "Monsters of Rock" concert at Zeppelin Field in West Germany back in 1983. RIP big guy.
The passion and emotion of Rock Opera at its very finest. RIP Meatloaf - you helped make my teenage years in the 70's so much more fun and pleasurable. Thanks for the reaction.
🥺🥺❤️
You probably had the most appropriate reaction watching that.
Great choice, love Meatloaf and your hair 😀
Awesome! Thank you!❤
I had the best time being a teenager in the nineteen seventies and really got to enjoy him
I've been a life long Meat Loaf fan. I have a close friend who was Meat Loaf's roommate in college. He witnessed the birth of a great singer and a great stage presence. I was floored when this song hit the airwaves in the early 90's. Meat Loaf proved to me that nobody can interpret Jim Steinman's music as beautifully as he can. Bonnie Tyler did well with Total Eclipse of the Heart. But Meat Loaf was Jim's voice. Two of Jim and Meat Loaf's masterpieces are Objects in the Rearview Mirror... and Out of the Frying Pan, and Into the Fire. Such amazing work. It has been said that Jim Steinman was the greatest symphonic rock composer of all time. He wouldn't have pulled it off without Meat Loaf. And Meat Loaf wouldn't have been the amazing stage presence he was without Jim manning the piano. A great duo. May they both rest in Peace. They left an incredible legacy and it will live on with us fans.
The girls part singing makes me so emotional x❤
Me too❤️❤️
Lorraine Crosby ..not the woman in the video
I first saw Meatloaf on Rocky Horror Picture Show. Looked into his music and didn't really care for any of his other songs but this song is fire.
One of the greatest love songs ever
Now, THIS is a reaction video. I couldn't stop looking at you!
Try listening to this with your eyes closed ... it is so powerful. RIP Meatloaf ... he was and is amazing
I Love Meatloaf 😇😉👌🏿👍🏿🙌🫶 you are sooo Grat, with your Videos!!! 👌🏿👌🏿🙏🩷
This is simply a masterpiece
This is how videos should be made❤❤❤❤
Also check out Meatloaf's duet with Cher, Dead ringer for love
His music is like a rock opera Such power. His voice a gift from God🙏 thank you God for Meat loaf
It was a TV series called Beauty and the Beast, you might be able to find it on streaming services. It's from the 90's and while the song was there, both the female and maie leads were different. Not a bd show as I recall, but I was pretty young.
That’s just a video from the golden era of music videos when record companies spent a fortune on them. That’s on the theme of Beauty and the Beast unless I’m mistaken. You seemed to love the highly bombastic and operatic style of the late lamented Meatloaf. Try the album Bat Out of Hell. You’ll love it!
Oh and I know I may seem I’m obsessed by your hair. That’s because I am a bit. But I loved that it kept blowing in the wind during this video. Very Hollywood!
I love the fact you loved that so much. I’d love to see you watching a great musical or opera or something. I’ll take you. The real Beauty and the Beast!
Everyone has been recommending Bat out of hell, I am even more curious to check it out now! Can’t wait😄💃
Also figured that the theme truly is the beauty and the beast after I read a comment mentioning it.
And with regards to my hair (wig) - i messed it up this week, I was trying to give the wig a trim and i over trimmed it🥲😄. So for now, till it’s revamped I can’t use it. I do have a backup but that one isn’t Bob hair.😁
Thank you so muchhh🙏💗
Best reaction ive ever seen to this masterpiece!!!!!
Meat loaf is a highly trained singer. His voice so powerful . Emotions flow from his music he could have been a opera singer but loved rock
WE WILL SEE LOVE AGAIN...
Johnny Mathis -- When Will I See You Again
I have a canary also who loves to sing, usually when I answer the phone. But Henry is a good bird.
It’s not a movie, it’s the official video. Love seeing you sing and dance to it at the end!!! ❤
Oh thank you!💃❤️
@@MorenikejiTaiwo you’re very welcome!
I would anything for love ❣️ from this beautiful girl 😊 love from ireland
The fan ruffling your hair is so appropriate
That's the exact emotion this song is meant to bring out of you
I love watching ppl react to song i have loved as long as i can remember lol. I love two out three aint bad. Absolutely another all time fav
Ahhh, the great Meat Loaf!! He combined rock, opera, and theatre. Such a great talent!! Many emotions with the song... the deepest love.. Beauty and the Beast!
Baby girl don't ever change. Your like an angel so precious ! You stay just like you are ok👍♥️
Thank you!💗
Seeing you react makes me think of a pure heart and soul.
You should have heard this sooner because when I was a little girl my brother played this for me and it never left my soul may he rest in peace he will always be in my HEART ❤❤❤
his name was robert paulson
Always got more than our money's worth at a Meatloaf show. Dude worked his butt off. Just a full on performer in every sense of the word.
From a time when music was written to tell a story and could move you..
Meatloaf was incredible, he got his nickname while playing football in HS. He gave 110% in every performance and is the only one who could perform Jim Steimans songs with the passion Jim was looking for. Listen to "2 out of 3 ain't bad" for another emotional one.
Baby girl is always so beautiful!!!! You are a Goddess 😍
Haha, no no😂
We need more natural people like you here.
I´ve known this song for 20 years now - but just now actually understood it.
Thanks for the opportunity to share this experience.
this same song live in Orlando 1993. It is exciting, impressive, spectacular....search "meat loaf feat. patti russo: couldn't have said it better 2003" and enjoy
Wow is right ! That is a classic. Great choice.
This song is a masterpiece… what more can I say?? ❤️
As far as I know , and I could be wrong but the woman in this music video was his wife .. which makes it more awesome if true
One of my favourite songs of all time. Emotional, powerful and just wonderful.
When it comes to my choice for "THE" ULTIMATE MALE ROCK VOICE for the last 40+ YEARS...
AND When all the "OTHER" PRETENDERS out there just disappear and finally fade away...
I DON'T care what ANYONE ELSE says...
MEATLOAF - WAS "THE" GREATEST VOICE... PERIOD!!!
Meatloaf started on Broadway and was in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. This is why all his videos are theatrical. Even Paradise by the Dashboard Lights which is mostly live on stage is a performance, not just a song.
A legend. Poetic and theatrical powerhouse of a performer. RIP
One of my favorite Meatloaf songs. Really shows his musical versatility.
Enjoyed your reaction...You have a beautiful soul young lady.. truly enjoy your videos.
Great look with the hair down... I like it.
Imagine waking up in the morning and turning on the TV and seeing this new music video. I was very young when I first saw it and it still had an impact on me
Yeah, Mo!
From now and forever...
If the song makes you dance...
Dance for the people!😍🤩😍🤩
See ya, baby girl
Lots of love ❤️ from Chile 🇨🇱😘👍
💃❤️
Mo, thanks for featuring this. This song just washes over you like a raging river. Such dramatic vocals and musical accompaniment.
Most every great Meatloaf song was written by Jim Steinman. The whole "Bat out of Hell" album. He also wrote "Total Eclipse of the Heart". He ended up giving it to Bonnie Tyler. It was nearly another Meatloaf hit. If you haven't already checked it out please do. I'm sure you'll catch the similarities in the song writing. Also another EPIC video. czcams.com/video/lcOxhH8N3Bo/video.html
You need to check out all of his catalog . Such great music
what you need to know, 80s to the mid 90s or so, we had no mobiles, internet, we listened to music by records, cassette tapes and video tapes, the oulets for getting your song out there was radio and music Tv shows. Big one through my youth was MTV
So bands started to do high budget videos, get the air play, and you went and bought the single them the album in the formats listed above.
An example was michael jackson's thriller video, we heard the song on the radio, was amazing, then there was going to be the video release, we waited for that, like you guys wait for the new iphone Xbox.
Along with this became great videos's great backing dancers, great fashion, i still think the 80s fashion was the best.
even the 70s, music videos, movies help depict the fashion of the late 70s and 80s, we bough what we saw.
leather jackets from grease and the Fonz
blue and great flight jackets from top gun
The girls wore very flamboyent clothes, pastel colours, legging from flash dance,
The hair styles you dont see to much, ladies do recreate it, to great effect
the boys did do the many hair styles from that era. longer hair, center partins, highlights, curly perms
You could even go back to the 60s, mods rockers, and teddy boys, 3 totaly different styles, created through music, coudl go as far to say 5 styles with the beatles and bay city roller, with there tartan stuff, then you have abba with the tight jumps suits leggings. Music was a way of life in the era's listed
In 1993 I heard this song one time and bought the album the next day. When I was not working I played this album on repeat for months. Your face says everything, you don't need to comment when you are watching it. 😄
There will never be another like Meat Loaf (not Meatloaf). Undeniably the best live artist I ever saw/experinced perform live. 12 times, every time he played in Dublin. 1990 - 2013
Meat Loaf is probably one of the best singers ever on this planet. So, Morenikeji, please listen and have a great time!
God has taken so many people from this Earth. I look forward to seeing them all again when it's my turn to leave this crazy world behind. Oh, and I love your hair, that look suits you perfectly.
And thank you for the ♥. I hope that you grow your real hair like what you were wearing that day.
I would do anything for you as long as you never stop smiling. It's such a blessing to see you enjoy this song and let us see that beautiful smile. 😍. Please never stop smiling.
Haha love that!😁
Thank you so much!!🙏🤭
you're reaction is priceless.
Beautiful love song have a pleasant day darlin 🤠
Such a beautiful song... and let's not forget, such a beautiful lady :)
I was 7y old when I heard this song for the first time, now I'm almost 38 and it's still one of my favorite songs. It was also the first song from him that I ever heard.
Hi, Morenikeji. Meatloaf did stage acting/ singing before this. He brought that theatrical feel to his videos. Also, you need to have a powerful voice to sing in stage plays. This is a truly great song, and I ❤️ your reaction. Love and hugs, baby girl.
I appreciate the info!
Thanks your kind words too.🙏
You expression and emotions reflected what i felt as a child! BTW...you are incredibly beautiful, WOW!
Jim Steinman was an incredible song writer and music composer!!!
👏👏👏
my husband and i choice this song 2016 as our first wedding dance song ^^ i love this song since i was a little child and my dad show it to me ^^
Lovely 🥰💗
