- The plaintiff met the defendant on Facebook, and they started dating. The defendant got pregnant, and they moved in together. He says he relapsed on cocaine, and the defendant kicked him out of the house. The plaintiff claims the defendant won’t return his property, so he’s suing. The defendant says she got rid of the plaintiff’s property because she was worried his drug dealer would come looking for him.

Judge Mathis is a stubborn old man; like most old ppl. They just want to talk over you and when you try to correct them (when they are WRONG), they want to lay down the law--pun intended. Apple products (specifically laptops and computers), does not change as often as their cellphone products do, and he doesn't know a thing about it, so he shouldn't have taken away $1500 from the plaintiff's ruling. And then he tells him he's going to "mess himself up" (aka lose the case), because he ASSUMES he's correct. SMH

My cousin did that. He robbed someone in another state and fled to my house. They called me telling all this crazy stuff, even harming my kids. I was like,, woahhh. I don't know anything about that, his butt stole from me too. I still have his stuff. Come get it. They ended up being cool and my cousin.. super foul, never spoke to him again.
Giving advice to the defendant by telling her to let the drug dealers know where he is isn’t a good idea. What if they kill him and she told them where he was. That is if that’s a true story Because I don’t think I know any type of drug that would leave a message like that on the answering machine and giving evidence of himself and his voice by threatening to get somebody that would have to be pretty stupid
