I'm planning a similar build of a 240z w/ 2JZ. I see you are using a non-VVTI 2JZ. Is that your preference? What would you prefer for a street car?

I like non vvti for the simplicity and stronger rods. Vvti is better for low rpm torque. I got this motor cheap that’s why I’m using it.

which hall sensor did you use for the crank trigger? Did it bolt right up or need an additional bracket?

I used the little fuse hall sensor. Part number starts with 55…. You need a bracket/spacer to make it work. I just made my own.
