- The PCT journey continues! We hike out of Horseshoe Meadows, and up to Chicken Spring Lake for a scenic cowboy camp! We then make our way to Crabtree Meadow, wake up at midnight, and catch an amazing sunrise from the top of Mt. Whitney!! The highest mountain in the contiguous United States! The elevation is high, and so are our spirits. Cheers!

Stunning video. Stunning views. I am really happy Anna is doing better with her toe. Also, Tracy and Milt literally seam to be magical people. Beautiful.
Wow! Congratulations you two! Casually summiting Whitney during the PCT 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Haha I don’t know if I’d say casually! It was an accomplishment for sure!
@@justinhitsthetrail5225 hahaha 🤣 definitely a huge accomplishment!
Hey, I like the music - keep doing what you do! ❤
Thank you!
We are so impressed and can't thank you enough .nice work!
love, M,T and "whiskey"
I love the summit shots!
You guys are amazing! Thank you for everything!
Great music! Really seems to add to the trail!
Thank you!
I got to climb Whitney when I was 12 with my only all girl explorer post from San Diego. We stayed at Guitar lake the night before the climb up....whatt a trip!
Sounds like a great experience!
That was awesome! What a stunning area. Whitney is such a huge accomplishment! You two are literally living my dream. Keep it up
Thank you!
I hiked out with you guys on kearsarge! I knew you guys looked familiar lol. This was I think 2-3 weeks back or so
Awesome sunrise
Gotta make it up that sucker at some point. It's only 2177 miles from my house so can't exactly pop over on the weekend. Keep on truckin'
Haha yeah, not exactly right around the corner. Worth it if you’re ever visiting the Sierra though!
Thanks for sharing your journey! Anna how do you like your new backpack?
I love my new Mariposa!! It carries extremely well on our heaviest stretch and has alleviated my back pain 🙌 definitely recommend it
I'm assuming with a high snow year that Chicken Springs Lake was draining out? I was there in August 2022 and it wasn't draining as the water had dropped down below the outlet area of the lake.
Yeah it was draining. I had the same experience as you in 2021. Low snow year in August. Much lower than it is now!
We love to watch you two and the views are spectacular. But is the music really necessary, it seems so out of place. We would rather hear you talking, the snow crunching or the water running.
