In this video, We share our experience of making a mad dash from Utah to California to clean out two extra large storage units I had rented. These storage units had contained years worth of stuff from our move before full time Rv traveling and downsizing. I knew I had a limited amount of time to get everything out before we had to pay another month.
When I arrived, I was shocked by just how much stuff had piled up in the units. We spent long days going through everything, sorting what I wanted to keep, donate, sell or throw away. Luckily we had the opportunity to explore San Diego in the evenings and link up with Ufc. Legend, Nate Diaz.
Finally, with the units completely empty, I began the drive back to Utah where where the U-Haul started to break down on the 9 Hour Dr. I'm in the process of building an off grid home. Now all that stuff can be put to good use there.

I know being in a rush is hard, but i so wish you would of donated instead of trashing, but other than that, it's always entertaining, especially the gas tank and love following u all. Roman looks like a beach baby, aren't u all going to miss that part?
So we totally forgot to mention how much we donated prior to moving into the storage.
we had a 4000 square-foot home we donated an abundant amount of things
When we contacted multiple places in San Diego to see what they would take for donation, they would not take any big furniture items only looking for clothes, dishware, and other items like that we couldn’t donate any of the mattresses either. So most of the stuff that you saw go to the dumps was broken or damaged. Everything else was left with a consignment. Exit over existing storage. 😊
Luckily the lady that we left all of our miscellaneous items that we wanted to sell or donate in the remaining storage had the opportunity to get a few things to Mexico to help some people out.
Yes, Roman is definitely a water baby and the entire family except for Lorna or water junkies luckily where we are at some of the most beautiful lakes within an hour to 2 Hour Dr.
We only plan on being on our property six months out of the year, and we plan on doing some world travel and continuing to RV for the rest of the year so we will continue chasing the Travel Vibe
@travelvibechasers4866 oh I know u did because I moved from a 3000 square foot and needed 2 40 foot trucks which i think would be 4 storage units. I threw stuff out as well but woth such regrets as others could of used it. So I think I just had flashbacks. We all do the best we can

I completely forgot that we ended up donating so much stuff. We left a storage unit full of things that could either be donated or sold on consignment, and we had a friend of ours working with us in San Diego. Also prior to filling the storage units we donated thousands of dollars of stuff from the actual house to multiple places in San Diego.
