    Hey Rusty Mike, pretty cool that you two can get together and help each other's channels out. I've never ran either saw but they both look like they'll get the job done 👍👍

      Hey 902. It sure it nice being so close to each other that we can get together for sure. These two saws are fun to run. The size and weight of both of these is crazy. They both are light and small. Great little saws with plenty of power.

    Sounds like carving thanksgiving turkey w electric knife.

      Hahaha. Mr Brandon I think the 2500T would carve a turkey... Just wouldn't do as good of job. It definitely sounds like a electric knife though. Both saws were fun to run. Lightweight and plenty of power.

    Great video mike! That electric Echo works pretty good, I was impressed. I haven’t ran one yet. I really like my 2511t but it’s ported.

      Thank you Mr Tony. I really think the 2511T has a ton more potential with exhaust mod and port work. It was a fun saw to run as is.

    You need to change the stock chains they are crap Thats why they are both so jumpy. 1/4 pitch or oregon nano chain is best on these saws

      I have a video coming about this. Not sure you can convert the 2500T

      @@oakiewoodsman yeah you can, There is 1/4 sprocket available for it. I'm running the panther 1/4. Don't think nano is avail for 2500t though only 2511.

    2511T really is an arborist tree climbing saw. Not reall for ground work.

    • @TheRustyGarageandHomestead
      @TheRustyGarageandHomestead  Před 29 dny +1

      Hi Jay. I agree that's who mainly uses it. Multiple uses for someone wanting to use one on the ground or have a saw to carry around with them that's lighter and takes up less space.

      What i mean is from a safety point of view.

      @@jayytee8062 Ah I fully agree. These saws are definitely not as safe as conventional rear handle saws. They are handy because of their size and weight. Different animal though for people who have never ran one.
