- I wanted to see how close to the real thing these replica yeezy boost 350 v2 zebra sneakers really were so i bought the most expensive pair or replica, unauthorized, fake yeezys i could find so i could do a comparison. As of right now, fake yeezys have fake boost, if they get the real thing though, it will be much harder to spot a replica. They evolve daily, I saw a kid wearing the green stripe riding his bike and he saw my zebras and he stopped, I asked him where he got them and he said footlocker (not at our local 2 hr drive), you could tell they were fake but I didn’t say anything he was a lil dude, but he probably got a pair with all his Xmas money off amazon or eBay with a pair that came fake with a fake receipt. Just sucks he thinks they r real, but there r more fake yeezys in the world than legit real ones!

i have bought real pairs and replica pairs knowingly(for my own personal research of what to look out for in a fake). I personally don't care if people buy fakes. But i don't want to be sold a fake, if I pay for and assume i am getting a real one. I care about the fraud sellers might potentially cause. China is basically very unethical. I was reading somewhere that Adidas actually has multiple factories for Yeezy production so depending on what factory/assembly line you got your pair from, the boost could be a different texture. My Beluga 2.0 and Blue Tints have different textures on the boost but in the end they still have that marshmellowy feel we've all gone accustomed to. Kinda bummed out you didn't do a squish-test on the retail vs replica boost because that's honestly the proof right there. For all we know, is the replica manufacturer using BASF boost instead of the cheap styrofoam stuff? Interesting stuff and dope video as always Hes!
It depends. One of my cousins friend actually works at one of these factories and let me tell you they will still make whatever yeezys you want cuz adidas dont have power over them in china lol. I got a pair of breds and I showed it to my hyper beast friends and reseller friends and they only way they could tell its fake is by the tag lol.

I would ask this question though, when you buy from a re-seller, are you actually supporting the brand (Adidas in this case) or are you really supporting the re-seller?
I have bought the last two releases at retail, but just plain REFUSE to pad someone's pocket because they cheated the game by using a bot to snag 8 or 10 pairs, which keeps the rest of us from being able to get them at retail.
So, do I support the brands, yep, sure do, when the bots haven't stolen my place in line!

The best way to tell if a boost shoe is fake or not is obviously the propriety element, namely the boost. However, when you’re buying it online and can’t see it in person, sometimes it gets challenging to judge its authenticity. The EQTs have flatter, less defined boost pellets, and I feel like that makes them more difficult to distinguish between real and fake.

Fake shoes are only a issue if someone tricked you. When I bought some retail Space Jams and wanted a backup pair, I tried some replicas for $120 and saw they were exactly the same and I sold my retail pair and haven't looked back sense LMAOOO. Haven't bought retail in about 2yrs

I've recently bought the Zebras in the restock a few days ago from JD Sports in England which is a legit retailer. I have noticed that the space between the heel of the shoe and the heel tab on my pair is a lot smaller than the one on your pair, is this something that can vary when they're being made?

I usually notice a ton of red dots or a very red background showing through the fabric where the wording is on fake pairs in comparison to real pairs of Zebras. Someone tried to sell my friend a pair and it look like the shoe was bleeding.

CRZY I wouldn’t use footlocker if I were you. I don’t have experience there, but I am incredibly skeptical and may as well call myself the Sherlock Holmes of fashion. If you want a pair, stick to StockX or Goat, those are the two I know for sure you’ll get authentic designer/streetwear/sneakers.

one way that i can tell for the most part if a 350v2 is fake or a replica is by the shape of the silhouette. look at how narrow and pointy the authentic pair near the toe box is at the end of the video VS. how bulky and round the replica pair is.
