LMS Jubilee No. 45699 Galatea Crew Training 2016

In this video we head to Vicarage Lane at Wilpshire Bank where LMS 6P No. 45699 'Galatea' was running over the Carnforth Circle route on a crew training run, one of a few in the week. The weather was less than pleasant for this trip but no matter, Galatea kept going and had a touch of sanders going to ensure her safe passage over the bank.

I like it but I think it would have been cutting straight to the second shot rather than use a cross fade, if you give it a try and see what it does without the fade, you may like it better you might not (just feedback, not trying to be negative)

I'd have done that but the sound levels are so different that if I had just left it there would be too much of a difference, it was better to do it this way.

Yeah I had noticed that when watching but the audio still cut's in pretty quick, almost like the video has been given the cross fade and it hasn't done anything to the audio, so has it really made a difference adding that cross fade? because depending what software you are using you could potentially get rid of the cross fade and change the audio so that it is smoother
