    An exaggerated sense of responsibility for the actions of others, offering advice when unwanted
    An extreme need for approval and recognition, often doing more than their share
    Taking everything personally
    A tendency to confuse love and pity, “loving” people they can pity feeling responsible for fixing other people’s problems
    An unhealthy dependence on relationships to avoid the feeling of abandonment
    A sense of guilt when asserting themselves so they use manipulation, shame, or guilt to control others’ behavior
    A compelling need to control others, expecting them to do what they say
    Lack of trust in self and/or others
    Fear of being abandoned or alone
    Problems with intimacy/boundaries

    Goddddddd I don't think I'm ready to face all of this 😭😭 this is consuming me right now In all the wrong ways and I'm just so down and defeated. I pray I get the strength to face this and start to work thru it instead of my other instincts to just give up 😩😞
