My uncle played for Aldershot in the early 60s his name was Johnny Lawlor my dad took me to see them several times I am now 76 and I still support them.

I was at the Britannia that day, heartbreaking. The Shrewsbury fans applauded our coaches away, but to be honest it almost made it worse. Not a fun coach ride home. Was great to get there a year later as Champions though. Now Waddock's back to repair what he destroyed.
