It was a brilliant window. We have more strength in depth, more experienced, additional leadership and winners. Besides, we needed to add older EPL players for the run in. Please remind again how old Thiago Silva and Perisic were when they came to the Premiership?
Buy frozen over fresh, it often holds more nutritional value especially fruit and vegetables. Cook in bulk, freeze and heat on a different day
Tom, re excercise, just to add to what Raj said that alot of people don't realise is that lifting weights and other similar anaerobic excercise that breaks muscle tissue down for repair overnight actually burns alot more calories that aerobic activity especially when done consistently and at regular intervals. In fact thats why running is also effective, because in addition to your increasing aerobic activities, you then have 2-3 days of muscle healing and building which requires energy and its often from your fat cells overnight when you enter ketosis (yes we all go keto at night).
Thanks mate appreciate the tips
Agree Raj. Players have and will be brought in for next season, which has been the object of this project since day one.
Excellent show! Love this 😀
Great episode! Thanks Tom. Keep up the amazing work.
3 experienced players who will not disrupt the harmony of this team. This is a good deal and those players will be highly motivated.
Also, I think the next evolution and we may see it in this 2nd half of the season is as teams will stop trying to use physicality & the high press against us, as we’ve consistently beaten presses & stick to just deploying a low block. We’ll see Viera & Odegaard with a single 6 behind & a lot more creation in the team
As soon as I saw sophie I put a like 👍👍
Good Morning Tom and you lot!
Excellent business with Jorginho!! Now we can replace Partey in the 60-70 min and he can stay fit!
I was amazed at the response to the Jorginho transfer from the pundits and media. 😳
FWIW, tracking my food intake with My Fitness Pal has made the biggest difference
Yes Eoin, whether specifically planned or not, we got quality for the money. And we only spent £59mil, while Chelsea ran around like a man with no arms and spent £323mil. We can go for Rice or Caicedo, or both, in the summer.
Saying that arteta hasn't had to rotate and needs to learn that. Let's not forget that he worked under pep at man city for years so there are things I'm sure arteta has learned and knows very well how to do that we've not had to see yet
Super happy with the window and even happier now I've deleted Twitter and the nonsense that vomits from some 'fans'. Great show guys ❤️
Apparently Jorginho is a leader in the locker room, as well as a massively experienced midfielder.
Hi Tom, I cannot find the membership subscription on my iPhone. Or do I need to use a PC for it? Can you help me out ?
Check the video descriptions, go the the linktree
@@TheGoonerTalkTV I’ve done that multiple times. It takes me to the page where you have the options for subscription & discord, etc. once I click the link, it takes me to CZcams but to a random channel. It doesn’t seem to work. I’ll use my PC to get it done. Thanks anyways
Yeah on PC it should work on the video screen by the subscribe button
Good morning
If Partey is questionable to play, I see Jorginho getting his first start tomorrow. Us against a Sean Dyche team, having a progressive passer like Jorginho gives him a good chance to pick apart Everton with athletic fullbacks inverted next to him to defend transitions
My problem with bulk cooking and freezing is portion control. If its there, Ima eat it!
49:55 the cheapest and healthiest diet on the planet is a whole foods plant based diet.
Fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes, potatoes etc. these foods are all health promoting and can be bought in bulk/cheap
Rating Chelsea’s window is like rating a guy that says he’s a player but only gets with escorts!!
Great ep again TGT and loving the content recently. We have a toxic twitter fanbase that are over reactive and just want clicks and likes and all this nonsense. No wonder rival fans call us a deluded and a flip flopping fanbase. Real fans are happy with the depth added and thats what we needed for a long time.
Declan Rice ain’t coming Arsenal he’s already confirmed this. He wants Chelsea. He lives down the road from the training ground
But Tom, it’s hard to criticize Edu when we’re in the position we’re in. Edu appears to have drawn a line in the sand and will not pay beyond that line. We don’t need a huge number of incomings in the summer. But they will be more expensive.
I still regret till today us missing on Mudruyk. That boy is a dangerous forward. I just imagine what he could have brought to us😭😭😭
As long as Edu remains in his position, we will not get our first choices. It's unbearable
Agreed 100% - i have never seen such an explosive player! im gutted!
@@Heni930 Edu shouldn't have his job because he... *checks notes*... adheres to a realistic budget and doesn't blow our entire transfer fund on a single untested player.
We all saw what Pepe was doing in the CZcams comps before we bought him, so are you glad we made that transfer because of the big pricetag?
@@sofiyums you say so
He dont even play single full match yet but you feel regret😅
Just watched Fulham vs Chelsea - chelsea seemed to be missing a grownup in midfield who could slow down the game and take charge of things. like, er like - hmmmm who could that be?
About the mental health. Getting outside and exposure to daylight really does a lot of good. Andrew Hubermans work for general health science is a great resource 👍
Imagine the ‘rats’ leaving Chelsea’s ship in the summer.
I agree 100% with you Dan Oku, that's a hell of mistake Arsenal made...We were just supposed to go out of our way to pay the odds to have Mudrick. He is a massive player, he always gives me goosebumps whenever I think of him.
Even if partey or xhaka ain't running but can JORGHINO win the ball..his slow and not good aggressively at defending so why did we let LOKONGA go in the first place..Elneny runs for all balls and makes the opposite distorted then what happens when JORGHINO loses the ball...won't u be praying for sàliba or Gabi to save us..let's not praise something that's Wrong or yet to be proven..Let's see JORGHINO first before u start forecasting what has not yet been tested...Let's say JORGHINO does not meet up to the expectations then it's you the same fans that will go into panic mood if Partey gets injured..So right now I just pray this was not a wasted signing cox if this cost us the EPL am sure u all will remember this mistake edu and Arteta made..I hope u all have not forgotten how we need Suarez and he went to Barca..what was the outcome..I wish the team all the best.thanks
JORGINHO WINS ALOT OF INTERCEPTIONS AND STAND TACKLES BECAUSE HE READS THE GAME WELL
Simple put Arsenal isn’t an attractive prospect RIGHT NOW (or in the last decades) to attract top top talent, so the criticize Edu for not closing these type of deals right now is unfair. WE HAVE NOT ACHIEVED ANYTHING YET!!!!
Let’s achieve something then we can build from there. This conversation now is just a talking point but should not be stated as facts.
So discuss and push to the side, we gotta focus on wining the league and not this !!!!
@@SmartCookie2022 I can argue both situations are different. Caicedo was not for sale nothing Edu or the club can do,
Mudryk wanted to come but in the end it didn’t matter because the decision was made for him by club and manager.
And I believe the club and Edu handled the situation perfectly (in my opinion)
@@SmartCookie2022 but I wanna know how you would handle both situations?
Edu can't bring world class footballers, he simply gather the mediocre from the leftovers.
Good morning
