These pundits always talk about martinez size. How many air duels has he lost? And his size is why ETH plays him side by side with Varane. Varane is the smart one and martinez is strong one martinez will put his body on the line hence why he gets injured alot, he will run into players twice his size and almost always win the ball and he makes up for the legs that Varane doesn't have anymore and he can pass the ball through the opposition unlike other center backs in the world. And Steve says he's always looking for a fight well he's a DEFENDER steve what do you want him to do? Forwards scores the beautiful goals, midfielders make the beautiful passes and defenders do the dirty work. That's how football has always been.
