Hey there great video but I have a question; when I try to lock by moving the exterior handle upwards, it doesn't lock; plus when I lock from the inside (by moving the interior handle up- which works), I can just open the lock from outside without inputting password or anything... Is this something did wrong?

me pasaba lo mismo, la había desarmado para cambiar el sentido de la manija y cuando la arme cambie por error la posición de la pieza donde encaja el pin que permite cerrar y abrir la puerta

Press 3
You have two choice : 1 - AP mode 2 - Smart mode
Select 2
Your lock led will blinking (maybe red)
In this time, go to Tuya App, select Smart Lock (WIFI) ... and ... hope, it helps.

Did anyone figure out how to pair the lock to the wifi? Mine cannot pair via wifi or bluetooth. I followed the instructions someone posted. When I press 3 on mine lock it says reset system settings, I don't know which number to push for network setting. This is very annoying. I paid $79.99 for a piece of junk and I can't even return it.
Mine opens by lifting the handle up anyone know what's wrong?
