It has problem with WiFi. I use 2,4ghz but after paar, handle say "ok" tuya see it but i cannot add from app any codes and users. Why?

In the app, I can select add password or fingerprint when I get 30 seconds input time. It also says press 5+# first. That never works.

i did pair and remote locking does work via app, but when generating a temp short code or temp password code for set time , app give me the 6 digits but the lock will not allow those numbers generated.?

What does it mean when I try to use the user passcode to unlock the door and it fails to open and the voice says “secure lock enabled?”

Yes it is possible to unlock. After it´s open the person getting in has to close the door

When I enter Amin settings
*#123456#
The first options I am presented with are
1 Add User
2 Remove User
3 Passage mode
4 mute mode
I don't get Admin, Settings etc.
It is like my system bypasses a step.
It never User to be like this as I have set up Network and changed language before.
I have reset the system by pressed the reset button for 6 seconds so many times but nothing.
Any ideas?
