Tonight I’m going to be scratching the back of your head with some bassy triggers with light 3D panning effect from left to right but not all the way through, also with some mono to stereo audio transitions to add more dynamics. Sounds including mostly scratching and some sticky, tracing and tapping to help you sleep, study and relax!

I normally enjoy asmrs, I always do, but The silicone sheet like a heartbeat, stressed me out a little bit. Only because I feel anxious at the sound of heartbeats (it’s weird, I know, it makes me self-conscious of my own 😭). It’s not you, it’s my anxiety, But thank you for your hard work🌸

I agree.... sometimes the scratching can be too nerve bending like chalk on a board or scratching on a chalk board. This scratching is more gentle caressing, It is visually and aesthetically pleasing to the senses. The movement of the.hands and nails is perfection and gratifying to the mind and body
@@SeanAxial true !! I (almost) always find scratching as an agressive trigger even when the ASMRtist doesn’t want to be agressive. But the way Bakery does it change my mind

Yes, that is my favorite experience of asmr. When I get shivers everywhere it's too intense and I don't listen to those. It's a bad feeling like nails on blackboard etc. But head tickle and vibrating somehow... Is ❤❤❤❤❤
