The only wooow thing 4 me is the views. I think it's overpriced ds house. The kitchen is disappointing, and the quality of materials used is not worth the price of the ds house. I luv it and yes, it's beautiful bt really dissappointing.

Was it not R13 500 000, I'm sure it was cause I saved it. Please explain what changed in three years cause I can't spot the difference. This is way overpriced, it will take a million years to sell unless the seller gets a foolish foreigner for a buyer
This house is overpriced. I looked at it the other the only thing it got on its side is the view and the garden. The is nothing special on the architectural side. There are houses on the estuary edge opposite it that offer you more worth far less. Point being it's really not worth the price. R17 000 000 is a rip-off. No wonder it's been on the market for more than 5years. Just do a proper valuation and get it closer to it's real price

@@vusumuzimathumo-githendu6949 look there are two houses on the opposite bank of the same river right on the rivers edge with same number of rooms gardens more lounges and entertainment areas architecture and more square metres amenities and rooms. They are both around 14 000 000. So my question then becomes what justifies the 3 500 000 increase on the price tag of this property. I can't find it I tried
