You did a great job but I miss Andrew, hahaha, those big vented fins remind me of the "U.S. Divers" fins they had in the 70's , Good stuff. Mike.
Thanks for sharing Mike, we miss Andrew too! The "Jet" fin style has not changed much since then I'll give you that! If it isn't broken don't fix it haha
A question, I've seen "cold water" being thrown around a lot when it comes to gear. But googling, I can't find what temperature it actually means. Is it below 5, 10, 15 or 20 Celsius? :)
Good question! It is a bit subjective but typically when we say "cold water" or "cold water equipment" we are talking about temperatures that require you to be wearing a 7mm wetsuit or drysuit, boots, gloves, and hood. So this may vary person to person but usually once you get below 20 degrees Celsius we consider it to be "Cold Water". A lot of times, cold water gear is a bit more rugged or bulky, is mean to be worn over more exposure gear (ie half foot fins) and handle more weight. A good example would be the Zeagle Ranger bcd; it is considered a cold water bcd because it has a very high lift capacity, and massive weight pockets. It is great for drysuit diving, but not the most travel friendly bcd as its bulky and heavy.
Can u test out hunt master scuba gear
We don't currently have any of their equipment to try out, but we will look into it! Thanks for the suggestion!
