A message to all sovereign citizens:
GET THE HELL OFF OUR ROADS!!
Tow his pickup Truck far far away 😛
I PRAY ONE OF THESE ASSHOLES DOES NOT RUN INTO ME OR YOU.
"Our roads" how dare you, don't you know pennies from his taxes went to maintaining that road? That makes it his road and the officer should be thankful that his tax paying boss didn't demote him for insubordination. The officer is also required to end all sentences with "sir".
@@Reticulated_Spline You really think he's paying taxes? Or is that sarcasm I'm sensing? I hope so.
@@Reticulated_Spline I'm not sure if what your saying is sarcasm as well.. but no license, no registration & no insurance will affect me if one of them hits me on the road.
I wouldn't mind seeing 2 sovereign citizens have a traffic accident and see how they handled it.
That would be fun to watch 😂
Sooner or later it will happen. Lets hope they video tape the event!
@@VanBalion I really want to see the resolution. Will they demand insurance? Will the acknowledge a victim? Or will they both claim as the victim?
They both might do something such as exchange promissory notes. I think that's what they use for debt contracts.
That would be the equivalent of two monkeys screaming and hurling poo at each other...
If these folks don't recognize police as having any power, then why ask for a supervisor 😂
Also, if they don't recognise the state laws, why do they show up for court???? LOL LOL LOL
You are just a lot smarter than them! 😊 perfect point!
Because the entire point of these people is to cause chaos, obstruction, delay, waste of policemen's time, and destruction of law and order, freedom, society, morals, demo cracy, etc. If these people are receiving government benefits such as V.A., SS, etc. they need to be removed from receiving any support from the gov. they don't support.
I wonder why they even pull over for someone with "no authority"
When mommy says no, ask daddy!
They should charge them the hourly rate for every officer on scene on top of the fees they are already occurring.
I’m so sick of these clowns. When will it stop?
It's not going to stop until the courts get serious with their penalties for putting all pur lives in jeopardy.
We've seen this guy before, same terrible camera, same terrible arguments, same terrible behavior, same awesome arrest.
I wish they would have waited for his friend to show up.
Wanna bet he wouldn't have a drivers license or license plate either, so they could catch 2 flies in 1 go.
How did he find a phone that records that poorly? Even the junk $40 phones in Walmart are not this bad...
Can we start a go fund me for him to get him a camera so we don't have to put up with this video quality? It's criminal all by itself!
@@QargZer Its an old motorola flip phone
I don't understand why they just don't impound the vehicle and not release it from impound until all the fines have been paid, all time has been served, the registered owner has a valid drivers license and proof of insurance. If all of this is not taken care of in a timely manner the vehicle is auctioned off. Stop catering to their illusion.
If watching sovereign citizens getting arrested was a drug, than I'm a junkie. Thanks for giving me my fix, Van! 😂🤣
That makes me your dealer 😀

The only things missing from this were: 1. No sir, I don't need to call a supervisor to arrest you. 2. We are impounding it until it is registered, insured and you have a valid license.

I also believe calling a supervisor every time is a waste of time and should be stopped
Exactly. You want to talk to the manager? He's in his office at the police station, come on down.
Agreed. Tase him and drag him out. Charge him with resisting.
@@annagitana1 And break his window!
Police are not legally obligated to call a supervisor, although it may be policy in some departments. I suspect most officers "comply" with this request solely to get backup for what is obviously a troublesome driver.
Yes you are right, they should take him to the Police station to see him, or charge the S/C the cost of getting him to the S/C
If you lack a diploma, bathe only once a week, and haven't been to the dentist in over a decade, you might be a sovereign citizen.

I'm kinda ashamed that I enjoyed your comment so much. 😮😅
It's true. They all fit the same profile. Uneducated, unemployed, unhirable, filthy, homeless, on drugs, and just plain nuts. They're outcasts of society who choose this REDICULOUS lifestyle in an effort to be important, relevant, and "special". They deny our Gov't but want all the rights in the world and feel laws don't apply to them.
Another trait is stupidity thinking that this horseshit will work.
Don't forget the goofy tatts and bizarre hair do's.

Of course he keeps doing it. Make him pay a fine, put him in jail.

The arrogance of him giving the officers a reading assignment is just unbelievable
Lucky for the police they don't have to do the home work assigned by sovcit sheeple.
"Tell it to the judge".
Sorry I can't read would be my answer lol. That's what sov cits say when a cop says their name and badge number are clearly visible to read.
It's shrieking hypocrisy because he has not -- I would bet my entire IRA -- ever read ANY of the cases he cited from start to finish. Not one case by one single sovereign in more than ten years in my experience. Hell they cite cases that don't even exist.
There are also these Mormish Clowns who expect Cops to fill out some type of form!
I like how the supervisor casually rests his arm on the guy's mirror, not giving any sh!ts
Sob Cit: Why am I being arrested?
Cop: Gives reasons for arrest
Sov Cit: Not that reason 😂
Two things that NEVER work. An appeal to a supervisor, and an appeal to "case law".
A 3rd one....arguing with a canine usually doesn't work too well either....heh, heh...
Yeah what's funnier is that if they were really right then they'd fight it in court and get a payout and not argue it on the side of the road lmao.
When he claimed the judge was still deciding if he can or can't, i assume he meant that his hearing or sentencing was moved to a later date, as often happens. But he of course filters it in a way beneficial to himself
A fourth thing that never works: SovCit arguments in court.
And the case law the officer started to state he’s not interested in. Only the case law he has miss understood.
Notice how confident he is, until the supervisor shows up.
If he was scared of police like he claims, he would comply instead of refusing to follow directions.
Love that the cop instantly assessed the situation, decided he wasn't going to take any crap, and went directly to, 'You're under arrest.'
Brilliant!
Watching sovereign citizen bs fail never gets old.
“I went to court on this.” Well, I went to the doctors but unless I follow his advice and take the treatment, I’m not going to get any better. Unless you obey the law, get a driving license and register your Fraudmobile, you’re going to keep getting into trouble.
Iove your analogy
Darn right!

That is such a perfect comparison!!!! Well done Sir!
I believe sovcits challenge police like they have challenged their parents
And never got over the fact that they've been in charge thanks Van❤
I don’t understand why these people are treated so gently by the courts. Can someone explain to me why they are not punished with more jail time? This coddling is not afforded other people who have committed lesser offenses
Higher fines might work better. Hit them in the wallet!
Criminals are celebrated today
This all stems from one statement - "Employed in Driving" they don't understand that employed, doesn't just mean paid employment, "or commerce" as they say, you can employ a hammer to hit a nail, no commerce needed.
that quote is from 1906--the 3rd edition of Black’s..we’re now on the 11th edition and that verbiage was changed LONG ago
Yup. First definition is literally “to make use of.” Second is “use.” And third is “to use or engage the services of. To provide with a job that pays wages or a salary.” Convenient they pick the definition that suits their needs.
Weird. Normally a “scared” person would readily comply and not try to aggravate the people he’s scared of.
Exactly 💯
Pretending to be scared is just part of their delaying tactics.
Not according to all the many many CZcams videos of people evading, yelling at police, fighting them, they all claim they did it because they are scared of the cops.

The odds are extremely high that his “undecided” court case has been held over due to multiple more cases pending. Or that they just had a preliminary hearing & he hasn’t actually had his trial yet. Asking for a supervisor is a bad tactic. Statistically, every additional officer on the scene increases the chance that you will be arrested. Your best bet at driving away from a traffic stop is if you have a single officer there.

These people drive around with thier cameras already on just waiting to get pulled over, they know they are in the wrong.
Eventually courts are going to just throw the book at people that do this nonsense. Shouldn't be tolerated at this point.
The judge “hasn’t decided yet…” If you give them an inch they take a mile.
Police should impound the car if on a public road for expired registration more than 30-days; cite the driver if no active & valid license, or not expired more than 30-days; &/or cite if no active & valid insurance.
If the driver fails to give the documents, they need to be arrested for failure to comply.
AND judges need to charge these drivers accordingly. If the judge has to think about it, they shouldn’t be a judge.
Here in the UK if you don’t have insurance/MOT they can and will confiscate your vehicle and have it crushed!
@sff3658 In Canada, it stays impounded until you can provide proof of insurance.
If he has been to court for this before chances are a lazy prosecutor either dropped the charges or let him plead to a lesser charge, both of which sovtards consider a victory and validation of their beliefs.
First, lazy is libelous. Prosecutors have limited resources as do jails and prisons. We pay our DAs to manage those resources to the best public good- generally safety. Would you rather use those resources for deluded idiots harming themselves or rapists, murderers and so on?
Second, or reiterating, these people are building a mountain of trouble that will eventually fall on them. But that’s the key phrase, on them.

I'm betting when he said "the judge hadn't decided yet", he was referring to a continuance of an arraignment before his actual trial.
I really hate that the officer seems to think he has to pacify this raunchy excuse for a human. He had a decision from the judge. Judges don't say, "Oh, I'm confused and need time to decide if you are driving illegally or not."
First, the police were great. They peacefully accomplished their goal without needing to use force or damage properly. As all decent cops want to do where possible.
Second the judge was probably in arraignment. The guy spouted his nonsense. The judge said something like “I’ll have a chance to deal with all that at trial but am not doing so now.” Guy took it as though the judge were spending hours in the law library researching this instead of noting on his file he was a Sovcit.

It’s incredible this is still happening. When are they going to stop. The states need to crack down on this. I’m not for prison for every infraction, but this is ridiculous. No license, registration & insurance is a disaster for others on the road.

Why? It’s a tiny fraction of a percent of people. They aren’t directly harming anyone but themselves. The cases will resolve themselves one of two ways. Either after 15 tickets, a short stay in jail and probation they clean their act up. Or they will break the law in a significant enough way they go to prison. Either way public safety is not at issue

Paranoia & victim hood…Sovcit Koolaid. It’s who they are & all they know.
Let’s say you are totally in the right and request a supervisor during a traffic stop. ( I know, but devil’s advocate…)
The likelihood that the supervisor pulled off from his or her duties to interfere in your traffic stop will side with you is not high.
Turns out police have precincts you can go to and file a complaint. And you can argue in court and let a judge vindicate you or show you where you’re wrong.
What would you complain about? You broke the law., the stop was valid, the tickets and arrest are all appropriate. So what would you complain about?
Can't complain about the ticket, you choose to be stupid, why complain about that?
You sovcits are not very smart.
Yep, but that's not creating the silly runaround with chaos the Sovcit desires. They're hoping to make the police sick of dealing with them and just let them go. I would say the absolute opposite needs done every single time. Arrest and court date, fines, and impound the vehicle. Repeat offenses should equate the car crusher.
They know that a judge will slap them down which is why they try to get the police to adjudicate it, even though that never works for them.

They can't even understand the simple fact that even if their "case law" were to prove them right, the place where they would need to present such case law would be in court, to a judge, not in the middle of the road to police officers. The police is not there to try to decipher case law on-the-fly, to decide whether someone should be arrested or allowed to leave. Case law is used to argue your case in court. Presenting "case law" to police officers is useless and irrelevant.

Just keep towing their vehicles. They’ll soon go broke on the impound charges.
A lot of them end up not paying their fines anyway.
