He's got probably the best workout form of any pro around these days, slow and controlled, and you know he's really taxing the muscle he's working to its limit. Keep the conditioning going...he'll be very hard to beat at the Arnold.

@@trumpnation623 Yates, yeah, most of his exercises, although when he did his rows, sometimes there was a hitch and a slight jerk on the last set and last few reps. That's one reason he tore his biceps, I think. Using ultra heavy weight and an undergrip for his rows didn't help, either.

@@midnightflyer7510Nutrition ist more important BUT his good balanced mass is because he train slowly and use the negative way! I think one from the better one in the world, most use ONLY the PEDs to grow, he use both and have a good nutrition! He have right to use the negative way better gains, but to swing the weight so fast means earlier or later a rupture! Im doing both ways slowly full range positive a little bit faster to have more time for the negative one! Im Natural 130 kg 😜🤣!

@@deezelkane not a worry at all. He has got very deep cut abs. So its gonna be vanished when competing. Secondaly when u exersice your breathing gets a bit pump as lungs needs more air and thats why stomac also start pumping heavily and its like your waist on higher side. I dont see any problem nick is gonna faced in coming years as hr still has some size to fill especially in chest so once he does that his waist line will look smaller as well. Look he is a motivated and hardworking guy he knows when to make corrections so hope for the best.

I guess even if you've asked Nick, he would choose Mr. Olympia title over Arnold Classic anyday. Even several Arnold Classic titles aren't worth one Mr. Olympia 1st place (in my books).
