Thank you David. This is very good information. I have a 63 105T. This is a great explanation.

    Hi David,
Can you post a video with a good shot of the cam timing marks?
I tore down my engine to replace a kick starter shaft and now it won’t idle. Runs decent off idle . I remember the marks being rather vague.
    Keep up the good work!

Hi, before everything Thank you for the video. It’s great material.
    Now, my question.
What year and what engines are pushrod?
    Is there with manual shift?
    Bigger capacity?
    Like 110-125 or more?
Reason is, I have a pit bike with slanted engine with chain and I want pushrod.
    🙏 thank you

Looks like you are very familiar with these motors. I have a 62 C100 I am tearing down for my first time. I had it running but of course it has sat for years. I need a carb kit, probably replace the rings, gasket kit. Do you have one place you find parts reasonable or do you piece from Ebay? Thanks for any input and great video.

    Hi.
The kick start shaft on my c105 doesn’t engage correctly. And ideas why?
    Thanks
