LOUD Motor | Revisiting the Creepy Chime Schindler Elevator

In this video, we revisit the elevator from my "Creepy Elevator Chime" video. The elevator seems to be running fine, though the 4th floor is locked and the buttons seem to be stuck. The door also opens slightly before closing. This is located in the University Drive Garage at Northern Kentucky University.
