- During this session, we will learn how we Send Email with File Attachment from SharePoint Document Library using Power Automate whenever a new file is uploaded to a SharePoint Library. How can we send the uploaded file as an email attachment and notify the users with the email notification? Mostly with the OOTB Email notification approaches we are only providing the uploaded file’s link in the Email notification. But what if user want the uploaded file in form of email attachment? We will talk more about this thing in detail with this example.

Excelent Job Aid, it helped me a lot to switch the flow i already created because my customer can't access our sharepoint temporarily, so they can't access the link to download, they would need the attachment in the automated email, thank you so much!

Hi Dhruvin hope you are doing well and keeping safe. I have a use case where in the user attaches a file to the Sharepoint list. While triggering an approval flow I am able to get the attachment in email notification however I do not get the attachment in the teams adaptive card. Please advice

Thank you for this lesson. Can you change the trigger so that it does the same action but based on a added column that has an expiry date? For example...training record that needs to be renewed in a year's time. I need the flow to send an email 30 days in advance of expiry date to a worker who also added to a custom column in the document library? Any help would be much appreciated

How can i sent email to dynamic user based on field. For example, i want to send to specific person based on the email in the column field "Reveiwer" instead to me.
Issue: the implementation of documents issued through email are easily missed and overlooked due to volume of emails.There is no record to confirm people receive documents,which then create a delay the implementation.
Documents transimittal solution - we need a mechanism to record the receipt of documents that are issued by the group.

You need to add one more validation step before attaching

I have excel file with multiple items for customer with their invoice numbers, customer number and other details. Copies of the invoice pdf are stored in SharePoint along with the excel file. Count of invoices may vary from 1 to many. So I am trying to send one mail per customer which will attach all the invoices corresponding to the customer along with the invoice details from the excel file.
I know you have the solution, can you please help me here.

It's just matter of loop on your current item and the path from where you're fetching the files.. Just do that one proper thing and you're good to go?!!
