constructive criticism on the video (not the content):
very good edit overal. but for ME it was a bit over the top with the clitch effect. I nnoticed that you amp up the music volume when you're not speaking. great idea but the music in that state was louder then your voice afterwards. this made me lower my own volume everytime you were silent and the music became louder and amp up my volume when you were speaking. i wonder if anyone els had the same expirience or it may just be me.

Hey, people of the ThenX family:
I just wanted to say thank you for such great content. For motivation, excellent tutorials and, more than anything, your attitude.
Chris, dude, I don't know you but, honestly, you seem humble to me, always. I don't know how much of the videos you do, besides the physical part of it, but I love the way you explain things. Clearly but not being condescending. If I'm passing by the states someday I would love to have a beer with you man. Would love to know.
Also, the quality, content, editing and (thanks God) audio quality has not stopped improving. The consistency also. It's just enough for keeping us hooked without being too much.
There is only another calisthenic CZcams channel I look upon to (Dominic Sky, dude is a beast), but your content is winning that match right now.
Now, being serious, I've never thought about signing up for a program or anything like that, but I'm really giving it a thought to yours. If I get a job/money, I would be glad to be part of the ThenX family.

you're a beast bro. been watching your videos for a few months, I was a little intimidated about downloading the app, as I'm a bit out of shape at the moment, have been for over a year now, haven't been in a gym, but I JUST downloaded the ThenX app, and I'm excited about giving it a shot... its not my first workout training app, so I've had a lot of failing results in the past, but i hope it gets me where I'm really trying to get. if you have any pointers about where and how to begin, I'd love any input. seriously.

I always train with a resistance band. All very good priogressions. But with a band you can always hold the flag or at least do the negatives. And the more you hold the actual position the faster your body will learn the muscles it needs to hold the move. Start with heavy band and move with less resistance.
