      @gariknahapetyan4546 Před 3 lety +5

      @@darrenccw Part 1 for beginners you can practice part 1 every other day for 2-3 sets, it's will ceap your basics
      and basically after 2-4 weeks you will have enough strength for part 2 (2-3sets)
      And also at first you can combine part 1 and 2 for each 1 set in one workout .
      I started like this and after 6 months i can hold solid Front Lever !

    Amazing video Chris
    I've looked strong all my life because I've trained as a bodybuilder but your video's focus so on the core I got to say I can hardly do most of what your doing.
    Core training is so the way to go,I've started these exercises recently,to bad I didn't start them sooner,I'm 60 now and the shit is no joke,but I'm fine with it,I've been a athlete all my life so I'll just keep plugging away and make the gains as they come,I'm cool with it.
    Keep up the good work young man,very inspirational even to a old man like me.

      Most of the action happens in curving your lower back forward, tightening glutes and contracting abs. Try doing this while standing and trying to touch your toes - you'll find that you'll be able to sink lower. The hamstrings aren't meant to be overly stretched.

    Tomorrow I'll see where I fall within these steps and progressions. I'm not a beginner but I've never fully committed to learning the front lever. After watching this, I'm rededicating myself to unlocking this move. I know it takes patience (which is what I lacked over the years) and I plan to use it this time. I may even upload my sessions to CZcams. If anything, I'll return here to post my progress. I'll need a few of you guys and girls to help keep me honest by requesting progress reports lol. We'll see if this works....wish me luck. Thanks for the motivation Chris Heria and OfficialThenX.

    One thing they never tell you is that you have to have a certain body type for Cali. It's only logical but you have to drop that fat and lean out to achieve some of these moves. Which means CARDIO IS A MUST!

    getting to the initial position in upside down deadlift is impossible for me. I am not flexible enough to touch my hands with my feet in that position. I had no trouble doing the steps before the upside down deaflift

      i can do the upside down hold because you pull your knees to do it but touching the bar with the feet without bending the knee look impossible

      My story also..You can see my routine on channel, holding advanced tuck for 35-40 seconds, doing fl raises, ice cream makers,negatives, I 've tried everything, but still struggling to achieve full FL :). Practicing for more than a two years now and sometimes it seems that I am close and sometimes that long way is still ahead of me. I guess we just need significantly more time. I read somewhere 2-5 years..

      @@lordel_mannoo1346 Not at all. I thought after getting straddle planche. And Full Planche 3 seconds hold, I would learn Front Lever faster.
      But now Im at month 6 and still cant do it.
      Also I realised that my Full Planche form wasnt even really good.
      Scapula not retracted.
      I do continue trading a few times a week but it honestly takes time.
      Perhaps because I am 185 tall, it takes actually longer than I thought.

    • @cryptoacademy8670
      @cryptoacademy8670 Před 4 lety

      Yeah Im training for Full Planche and Front Lever the last 14 months, and still cant do both that well.
      After 6 months I did hold Stradle Planche And after 9 months Full Planche 3 seconds, but it was a really bad form.
      Trained 4 months Front Lever... But didnt get it.
      Now Im back at getting my form better in Full Planche and sometimes working on Front Lever.
      So 14 months and bad form Full Planche (Hopefully Ill get a good form this year)
      Then the rest Im solely invest in Front Lever.
      10 months to go!
      My goal was to get both within 1 year.
      But loos like 2 years is more realistic.
