Its a decent size townhouse, but considering the size of the lot (small backyard) and that its not new property (hense no update seen) 250k is a bit on the expensive side...... the is one issue I see that the builder should have address and would have been a simple fix.... the powder room, considering where its located, the front door and grill should open left to right and notright to left as it is now, therefore the bathroom door would not be blocked if the front door is open

My my. These were selling for $17,000,000 JMD at the time by Gore and now it costs nearly $38,000,000 JMD? Isn't that what $250,000 USD is? Wow. I can't even say good luck to the realtor because there is no way that property costs $38,000,000 after two years. Who is really advising this owner?

@@shevrolpennicott838 Me a tell you! And that apartment is the only one with grills that I saw in the video. Why so much grills and the community is already gated? Not knocking the owner for wanting to make a profit but the asking price is wwaaayyyyy too much for a complex that doesn't even have a pool, gym, jogging trail or other amenities like that. Gore is the developer after all. It's not the same as Drax Hall or a Richmond. No sah.

You guys are one of my favorites CZcams channel. I enjoy watching new listings. But would like to see more affordable houses for common folks like myself, and most of the commentators on here.
But one thing I have to stress, is why Andrew Duncan’s listings is waay above what’s it really worth?! Every time me see him, my heart drops. Cause I know the price that’s gonna be mentioned, is not worth the asking price. Anytime that realtor man is marketing a house, it’s expensive. I don’t know why his listings are so expensive. My Lord. Other than him with his overpriced homes, I do enjoy watching your channel. Bless up!

They need to stage these properties for viewing. The property is so poorly furnished & laid out it doesn’t look appealing at all for potential buyers. Especially considering externally it looks like a college campus or prison with the boxy design of the buildings. But keep going guys 👏

this looks like a prison compound. its a no from me. could be improved with better colour choices for the exterior , decorative fencing/bushes to separate the units and more greenery

The best part are the bathrooms and the bedrooms are quite bright and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are not quite the finishes and fixtures we are used to. Not a fan…sorry but thanks for sharing these.

Who the f in Jamaica can buy them houses. In my own economic Perspective if a teacher or a junior account. Has to pay more than 1/3 of monthly income for townhouse, attached homes, condos, or apartments. They are already overwhelmingly priced. For the native.People of Jamaica. But copying the the price point of America without the community amenities. They are trying to reach out to only foreign investors. And top 8% of Jamaicas That is so so sad

250k USD!! The housing market in JA is ridiculous! seems like you only want to cater for the super rich! The majority of Jamaicans earn less than 1k USD per month! That's $500 for mortgage! It's not possible for someone earning that much to afford that house! So who are these houses made for?? Cause its clearly not Jamaicans! Causebeven the top earners in Jamaica would struggle to afford this house! With house prices like this, Jamaica will not be owned by Jamaicans!!

I wouldn't feel at ease living so close to returnees who can't afford a good sized cooker and a good sized dining table. The huge grill on the front door probably means the area isn't safe.
Don’t assume an area isn’t safe because it has grills, it’s just what people do I’m Jamaica for generations even in good areas, there are high end apartments and houses with grills just because they can!
The comment about the table and cooker is bizarre, these properties are designed for air bnb initially so people spend as little as possible, the new owners can change that
