Very rare to find any unit there for sale. Santa Maria is known for being an exclusive haven with most condos kept as vacation homes for city residents. The view is truly spectacular and the unit is so classy! Love it! Price is a steal cause the neighboring penthouse like this at Sombra that I saw on the mls is going for $200000 more! Love the gardens and pool by the sea.

I really love this penthouse. This is homely and vibey. Mi nah lie dem stairs to go up to the primary suite made me nervous. Mi ah talk to di screen “Keida nuh full deh suh mi g” 🤣🤣🤣. But that bed frame in the primary suite bad ta backside.

I am not too crazy about the colors except for the master bedroom. I would have liked to have seen showers in all the bathrooms and a helper's area. However, some features stood out for me: the stairwell and the master bedroom and bath.
Ceilings too low. Maybe at a lower price point $600K to $650K.

Do you know what you can get for 700 thousand US in Cape Town, South africa? Overlooking the ocean. They are just big regular apartments, nothing special about these places in jamaica.

@omaredwards9298 so what. I was pointing out what type of place you can get in one of the most beautiful and exotic countries on earth. In one of the most beautiful cities on earth. Yes, jamaica is beautiful, but so are the rest of the Caribbean. The apartment is in a small country tourist town, nothing exotic about it. I am from Jamaica, and I know it well. Almost one million USD for a big regular apartment. No way!!!!

Have to say she did a great job of not looking extremely nervous going up those stairs. Those stairs need changing.Apartment overpriced as needs modernising, low ceilings make it look/feel compressed. Why does this channel only ever give half the story what are the services charges etc???

Jamaica is creating APARTHEID on the island. There is a large poor, underserved black population who will or can never afford these properties, therefore, the people who will buy these properties will be foreigners. They will live in areas cut off and isolated, from the black population as they usually do all over the world. THIS WAS NOT MY HOPES and DREAM FOR MY ISLAND JAMAICA WHEN I WAS GROWING UP THERE AS A CHILD.
You are assuming that these foreigners are white. Black people have money too. Furthermore, no society should just have low-income houses throughout. There needs to be a balance.
