Welcome to Paradisiac Beach Club, located in St. Ann, Jamaica; another Housing Development by Manukah Development Company Ltd. They are responsible for projects such as Pyramid Point, Great Pond Estate and Manukah Oaks housing development. The word "Paradisiac" means: of or resembling paradise, which is a fitting name for this pristine development which is also dubbed the "Jewel of the Caribbean".
Referred to as a Luxury Residential Resort, this development offers or will be offering four (4) category of dwellings or living facilities. Namely: Houses, Duplex, Condominiums and Villas. They did not stop there as each of those are further subdivided into precious gems with attached meanings and connotations.
This is indeed a special project, with it being one of the most elaborate in the family line up. Still only about 40% of the way in terms of their production, we aim to follow the progress and make frequent updates as they unfold. Hope these do not have the mold problem like the ones I see people on TVJ News complaining about. Looks congested with no space and it looks like you can not put on any extra rooms.
Most of these places you aren’t allowed to add on extra square footage, the want everything to be uniformed and no exterior changes. If they allowed it some people would start doing all manner of stuff and the place would start look like crap.
Yeah.....gonna turn into one big tenement yard! 😂
Buyers, do your research. Look at the homes in Pyramid Point, they are infested with mold, sewage l, electrical, foundation and roof issues.
Because of this development, the local no longer has access to the beach. I hope the locals win their case in court.
Shameful! The locals should have at least gotten a footpath to access the beach. Smh

Well as you can see they’re pretty much sold out but have to remember since it’s most people’s second home most of the time people want as little maintenance as possible just like Richmond estate.
@@stevestevens502. They are sold out and the price has been doubled since then. Most people including myself just want to lock up and go, don’t want to deal with the maintenance of a yard.
The video is well done but don't like those homes. Look like a matchbox. They're not Jamaican-style homes. No land space whatsoever. In a couple of years, Jamaica will not have any land left. The first set of homes in Richmond Hill are nicer. Look like Japanese-style homes. Those overseas investors are taking up all. the lands in Jamaica.

If there was no development you all complain and say jamaica is not moving forward and if there is development you all complain that people is coming to take over the country. A lot of you all live in foreign and you all object when you all go a foreign and the white people there complain. Double standards

@@Wes20231I agree wid yuh. These lands sat idle for centuries. Might as well develop it. I don’t mind. Only wish coulda afford two lol. I just hope the government has plans for infrastructure to move along with the development. We have the space.
